What is Free Contact
Free Contact (formerly known as Postage Paid) is an add on available to Premium members for $10 per month.
Members will see a “Message Free” button displayed on your profile and all members, including Standard members, can contact you for free. You can find members who have Free Contact via an advanced search filter.
The usual Messenger rules apply and conversations don’t expire. If you have a Gold or Platinum membership, it means you will also have video and audio call capability when you reply.
Messenger has also been upgraded to allow you to share a single video or photo from your device or any of your Galleries, making Free Contact an even more valuable add on.
This add on can only be purchased with your Premium membership, or added to your current Premium membership.
How to add Free Contact:
- If you already have a Premium membership, you can add Free Contact by tapping "Free Contact" on your profile card at any time. It will be calculated based on the current remaining credit of your membership.
- If you wish to upgrade to a Premium membership with Free Contact, press the Upgrade button on your homepage or profile card and tick the box under the membership level you wish to upgrade to.
